The best way to make first contact is via email.

I do accept calls but be aware that I have a very busy schedule, you can call Me on 07784 555069 (between 9am and 8pm). 

If I am unable to take your call text me and I will respond at my earliest convenience.

When writing please include your personal experiences, limits and what it is you wish to gain from our sessions together. Though do not think this allows for you to dictate My sessions to Me quite the contrary... it is for My own purposes to understand you and implement relevant and effective training.
